Prepare
Runs targeted prep for the room you are walking into, starting from the requirements they published themselves.
Three things, and it says how it did each one.
Their lines become your cards
Tell me about this thing we said we require is the likeliest question in the room, and no other tool builds prep from the posting. Up to eighteen cards, one open at a time, each refusing an answer that has no number in it.
Fifteen industry lanes
Food security, housing and homeless response, disaster and emergency management, government, foundations and more. Generic interview prep is worse than none, because it teaches you to sound like everybody else.
Nine offer dimensions
A number is not an offer. Salary, structure, authority, reporting line, staffing, budget, travel, benefits and runway, each weighed separately so one good figure cannot hide four bad ones.
Three cards, and none of them writes your answer.
Prepare turns the posting's own required lines into cards, scores your resume against the question, and puts what it found beside the field. Never inside it.
This role is made up, so nobody's real interview prep is sitting on this page. The station itself works exactly like this. The live demo runs the whole app on its own, with nothing to fill in.
Everything it hands you.
- ✓Eighteen evidence cards that will not take an answer without a figure in it.
- ✓Fifteen questions to ask them, grouped by what the answer actually reveals.
- ✓Seven warning signs to watch for during the conversation.
- ✓A debrief while it is still fresh, and an offer scored across nine dimensions.
- ✓The cards one at a time, with your own resume lines beside the box. Use this line drops one where your cursor sits.
- ✓A practice interview your own assistant runs: Warm up, Mock or Pressure. It presses for the number and never writes an answer.
- ✓A prep guide to print, dated day by day from today to the thank you note, with your last practice review in it.
The offer comparison exists because the worst decision in a long search usually happens at the very end, when relief is doing the thinking.
Where this sits in the search.
Free, no account, and nothing you enter is uploaded.
It installs to your phone from the browser with no app store, and every station keeps running with no signal.
